Task Priority and Status keep changing to different values by themselves.

Task Priority and Status keep changing to different values by themselves.

I set a priority or status for a task and the next day (or sometimes sooner) the priority and status CHANGE to another priority or status!  How can a organize my tasks and activities when these fields keep changing on me?
