I have been having some trouble with Zoho CRM.

When I make a task and want a reminder on email, I don’t get a notification on e-mail.

Furthermore, I don’t get notifications of any updates in the systems, if one of my co-workers are making new leads etc.

At the same time my co-workers gets notifications and e-mail reminders when they do the tasks for themselves. But if I make the task for them, they don’t get either.
