In the new Zoho there is a new icon which looks like clock... When a user clicks on this it seems to count down and add the time spent on this task to logged hours.

What are the key benefits of using this? 

Can you report from this?

How accurate is this? (i.e does it still count the time even if you are not on Zoho?)
