We cannot understand why a project management application like Zoho Projects has these limited task workflow management capabilities.
Simple examples:
There are no editable email templates for reminders, because we need to use reminders to be sent to the client, so a customised template is really necessary.
Why no workflow management like in Zoho CRM?
Furthermore, Zoho Projects is not completely integrated with Zoho Books: receiving invoices cannot be linked to a project so projects cannot generate a profit/loss statement per project.
As much as we use Projects: there are some core shortcomings!
