Tasks and Activities not uploading ZOHO CRM

Good day,

I've received several reports that some tasks and activities are not being uploaded when the team members/sales rep send them, I.E. if they send 9 tasks they only see 7. Is there a way I could check these reports where indeed uploaded and the CRM decided to delete them ? What's the workaround for this?
