I have a strange behaviour happening

When I am within the account or within the contact page and I click on the event/task object I get an error message and I can't access the task/event details

Instead if I go under the activity tab I can access all

I've checked that when I click from contact/account page the link is

https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntityInfo.do?id=765193000000392063&module=Cases

while from the activity tab the link is

https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntityInfo.do?module=Events&id=765193000000392063

Am I doing something wrong?
