Tasks and requests

Is there an easy way for me to ask folks about their specific tasks? As CEO, I'm looking at others tasks and want to ask specific questions. Was wondering what you might suggest. If I could send a question email somehow referencing tasks, perhaps an email link or form which linked to task online, it would be very helpful.
