We are having issues with edited activities saving on the contact closed activities. I understand that it needs to be related to the Account, but even with this it is disappearing. The call will save the first time, but if she edits the call it disappears.
When you edit the call box it shows Related to and contact populated, but when you save it empties the info so is not attaching to the contact/account, it empties all the fields. I have attached screen shots of the steps and results.
Something change???????
