Unfortunately I'm having a recurring issue when I look at my call list. It shows some calls and tasks as not being assigned to anyone. So I know I need to make a call but have no contact.
I don't understand how this happens because you have to schedule a call/task from a contact or lead page.
Can someone contact me asap about this please?
