TASKS - the suggestions about interface and management

 Hello.

I have some usefull suggestions (or questions) for best management of users tasks in Zoho Business.

1) I need ability to expansion of Edit Task/SubTask window or separately - ability to expansion of Description field in this window because this field is very small.

2) Priority have a best view when it show as small icons in task list.

3) Color indication in tasks list make better for the tasks status than tasks priority.

4) If my task shared to other users, I can not to see who save or update this task. For example, if my user update daily report in description field of task, I do not see that changes are happened in this task. As a solution I suggest make an ability to put the colored flags to some tasks in tasks list.

2009/10/06 - Now I write the addon to existing suggestions:

5) If possible then make a font size smaller and a space between rows smaller too - it is a easy way to place more tasks on one screen. It's will be better for look.

6) Change a words "due on" to task start date (result must be <start date> - <due date>), because many tasks planning previously. If start date not starting then color of task must change to another (for example, gray).
