By way of introduction, I have recently joined NationalOT as HRBP and will be supporting with recruitment process and practice. I am familiar with Zoho having used it in the past and would like to understand more about how our platform is currently configured and capacity to make changes within current agreement. Unless we can already do so, we are seeking to build two templates into the Candidate Process. They are: 1. Telephone Screen Form and 2. Reference Check Form. We also require to ability to PDF Print both forms so that we can drag and drop into emails. Could you please contact me or point me in the right direction for person to speak with about this.
