I notice in the past few weeks the pop ups associated with ZOHO CRM have changed. The issue I am having is I cannot link completed call records to the ZOHO CRM record even if the information is correct. It is failing 100% of the time.
In addition the new pop ups seem to be created new records for every completed call using the inbound telephone number from the caller. This feature is also not allowing me to link a record to an inbound call even though it says it can.
Are they still working out the bugs or do I need to configure something?
