We use Gmail for Business integration with Zoho CRM so our emails will be sent via Gmail Mail Servers rather than Zoho Mail Servers. 

Recently we just learned that emails sent from Zoho CRM in which we manually select an email template are now using Zoho Mail Servers. In the past they used Gmail Servers.

This was a change made by Zoho. We have not changed any settings and we have everything set up and authenticated properly.

Can anyone share any insights into when Zoho made this change and why?
