Template for my current Invoice?

Template for my current Invoice?

Hi, I'd like to make an edit to our invoice layout, but when I go into templates what I see looks like a generic template and doesn't look like the one we've got set up. (See attachment 1)


What I'm hoping to do should be pretty simple--I wan't only the test ordered to show in the first column (since the other info is also present in later columns). See attachment 2.
