We need to send hotel options with wedding packages to our customer to find out the best property for them.

Currently, we use Freshdesk and are able to create a "main" template with general information and processes and 3 "blank" spot where we can enter other "sub- templates" created for each hotels. Each request is different so we can't create pre defined templates with all the hotels as there would be way too many combinations. 

The issue am facing is that with CRM we can't enter a "sub-template" into an main "template". Thefore, we thought of using Zoho Desk and entering snippets instead. However, it does not look like we can create system wide snippets, only user specific ones which means we have to create over 200 snippets for each user. 

Is there any other way to do this?
