I am facing a lot of issues in creating a template for a quote with discount in ZOHO, we are unable to maintain alignment in our quotes . We have tried lot of things and still cant manage to get this basic thing right. Various emails to the ZOHO was also not a help. Can anyone pls help ? we are considering stopping using ZOHO CRM for this .Attached is a screen shot. 

I think for not so tech savy customers they should have sample templates that can be easily edited and used.
