It would be very valuable if "managers" can create and update their own templates.

This would allow Project Manager to make the use of their work more efficient.

However, this should not be linked to the possibility (access rights) to change, add, remove  fields and lay-out! Because this is more on an organizational level and should be restricted to the admin)
