Templates of Activity Sequences
I would like to be sure that we process each lead by following a preconfigured series of activities. For example, if we receive a lead from the web site, we could have:
1. Thank you email for web inquiry, followed by
2. Assign task to account rep and send email to lead that rep John Smith has been assigned, followed by
3. Intro email two days later from John Smith, followed by
4. Call to schedule demo, followed by
5. Automated meeting notice in three days, and if lead is unavailable, send email offering to reschedule, etc.
Is there a way to set up a template of steps to follow with different steps being triggered in a certain number of days based upon the response of the customer?
