Temporary downgrade from Professional to Free?

Temporary downgrade from Professional to Free?

Dear Zoho team,

Due to COVID-19 and consequent slow down of business, I need to temporary downgrade from Professional to Free. ( I have custom fields). Here some questions for you:

1) How do I downgrade from Professional Edition to Free Edition? Please specify steps.
2) When I will be back to Professional, will my data, custom fields and everything be back again as before?
3) I have my monthly backups saved, How does it work if I need to restore my last backup? Please specify steps.

Any extra detail is welcome.
