We experienced a service disruption in Zoho Cliq that impacted core functionality for users in the US region. The issue occurred between Jul 23, 2025, 06:54:00 PM IST and 07:13:13 PM IST, lasting approximately 19 minutes. 

 

To restore service stability, we temporarily restricted the chatlets module within Zoho Meeting. A detailed root cause analysis is currently underway.
