I´m trying to set a Terms and Conditions Acceptance Mail Campaign, what I need is to send to my contacts on Zoho CRM an embeded email survey where they choose Yes or Now, (see the image below for reference), If they accept, I can continue sending emails, if not of course they will join the no-email-list. But I´m interested on those who didn´t answer, because I want to send them a second and third email trying to have they´re acceptance. At the end I will like that everything sync to the CRM. See the image. All of this of course comply with Colombia´s new Data Base Policy. 

Is it possible to set this with Zoho, how,?

Note: I couldn´t find  Zoho Campaign / SurveyTemplates.
