Terrible and useless support
I have sent countless email requests, spoken to people on chat and had lengthy sessions where I give them control of my laptop but still the problem persists.
I have a workflow that is sending the same email twice. I have verified this several times.
I have attached a screenshot of the email dated January 3rd and it is now April and still no resolution.
They have also lied to me several times including yesterday when they said they would get back in touch with me and have not.
They create a whole pile of contacts on my laptop and do not even bother to delete them.
I raised this at the start of the year and it is now April.
I need this functionality but what is the point of your support staff when they cannot actually offer any support.
THe money you have saved in getting cheap support staff actually costs because they cannot actually close anything.
