Terrible chat support... How is this solved?

Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. The problem is that the mails I send to and receive from my leads don't appear in each lead's record. I have my email account configured with POP. I did everything they told me via chat and nothing worked. I am disappointed in this CRM service.

Another problem they didn't help me at all with is that the calls made from an user with the Zoho CRM app on the phone don't get automatically registered in the CRM. I did everything they told me in chat support but nothing worked. I don't understand how Zoho can allow such a bad chat support. I need this solved as soon as possible.
