Terrible IT Support Both Phone and Email

Hi,

I'm an Enterprise Zoho Creator subscriber and I just wanted to document the terrible tech support experience that I have been having.

I wanted to upload a .csv database with 40,000 records.  I tried first to use the migration tool which, despite the promise of ease of migration, did not work.  The status bar stalled at around 30% indefinitely, even after an hour.  Repeated calls to the supposed 24-hour support phone hotline were unsuccessful.

I then raised an IT support ticket.  The reply came relatively quickly, with the IT staff suggesting that I could use the migration tool or email the files to them to upload.  Having tried the migration tool and failed, I took up their latter suggestion and emailed the data files to them.  I emphasised that I needed these files uploaded immediately as I am working on a live project on a tight deadline. 

It has been a while and the files still have not been uploaded.  I have tried calling Zoho's phone support hotline - both sales or tech support - and they are perpetually unavailable.  My support ticket is 356265.

I wouldn't take this issue onto the forum but I'm really at my wits' end - there seems to be no other way to get a response from Zoho.
