I've been working with a variety of enterprise level CRM's since 2004 and I've never encountered such poor user management features for admins.
The inability for an admin to change the email or password of a user is truly bewildering.
A user has left and I simply want to change the email on the user to the new employee.
I'd put up with not being able to change the password if I could change the email, the new employee can do a forgot password.
Come on Zoho, this is 2016.
Even the old username is being displayed in Forums for a user account I took over and I don't believe I can change that either.
