Territory permissions by User

Hi,

I got a problem that I would like to present you. You might probably help me on that matter.

Please take a look at the image below Edit Territory.

The territory manager is Jeremy Cohen.

Pascal da Costa has a Read/Write/Delete Permission on this territory.

My question is, how can I can a third User on that territory with only a Read Only Permission?
