When using the territory selection drop-down, I used to be able to select, for example, "North America & Its Subterritories" from a secondary drop-down. (See attached document). Now when I try to do so this secondary drop-down disappears. 

I thought this could be browser related (I use Google Chrome), so I tried Firefox and IE to no avail.
