I am having the same problem as discussed in the earlier string 'Test emails not showing up'. I have posted my query in that string but after 15 hours it is still 'awaiting moderation' so I've started this string to try and get a response. Furthermore, it is stated that the query raised in that string has been answered, whereas if you read the string it very obviously hasn't been.
My query....
I sent myself a test email using a template and it wasn't received. When I sent the same template email to my personal email (not linked in any way to ZOHO) I received it fine. I then tried sending an email via ZOHO that wasn't done using a template. That was received fine by both my personal email account and the company domain account that I use for ZOHO communications.
There is obviously a fundamental problem that ZOHO have with emails sent using templates; it is simply not possible to send them to yourself or, more importantly, cc yourself on them. Such emails are simply NEVER received. For me this means that I cannot cc myself (and so have a record in my Outlook inbox) of emails sent from ZOHO using one of the templates I have set up.
following several online chats, and a remote access session I was advised to upgrade to the Professional edition so that I could access the Outlook plugin. I'm very reluctant to do so as I don't need it. All i need is for the cc function to work properly.
Come on ZOHO; get this sorted out as it is obviously a real problem that others are experiencing
