Hi,

we recently subscribed Zoho One. I agreed to license Zoho for all employees.

I need an account to test the functionality of Zoho, before rolling it out to the teams or departments.

As we are planning to have colleagues in certain geographical regions, I can not risk unveiling all information to all staff.

The solution: I get another user and will test whether this user will or won't get access to functionalities or information.

Additionally, testing templates does not make any sense in the role of an admin. So, again, I need to test them in the wild before providing them to the staff.

Where can I configure such a (dummy) user?
