We are uploading all of our email templates to prepare for our Zoho roll out. I have entered in the fields correctly, but when I send a test email to myself from teh "Preview" area that says "Send Test Email", the fields never populate (please see attached photos).

Is there a way to test the merge fields other than the "Send Test Email" button?

Please let me know as this is extremely important for my organization.
