I have a strange problem that I need to fix as soon as possible. I had to edit our invoice template so that the headings were in German. For example, I changed the text INVOICE to RECHNUNG. I did the same for all the various labels on the template.
I did not alter any of the field definitions in any way. The problem is, When I now try to print/preview/export an invoice, I can only see the template. Prior to the changes, they printed just fine.
Just to be sure, I created another trial account (as we have a paid account), and cut and pasted the invoice template, without making any changes. It still displayed incorrectly.
I do not know how to proceed, and we have begun invoicing after a major trade show. I am manually reproducing the invoices in an external app, but we need to be able to do it from the CRM (we cannot add the separate invoice module at this time).
It used to work. I need it to work again.
