When setting up the accounts and contacts section we added some custom fields to enter al the needed information.
An option I really need is to have multiple entries in one field.
Like: "Machine name/type" where we can enter any number of machines that the customer has by clicking a "+" sign. I've seen it in other CRM systenms.
Or used software, where we can enter any kind of software the customer uses. One textfield to enter everything is not enough.
I tried to use Zoho Creator as a workaround, but the integration with CRM is not so good that it is really usable. It is slow an you keep switching between windows.
So can you add a field with multiple "free" entries?
