Anyone have a workaround for text messages attaching themselves to a lead/contact/ in CRM automatically from their handset. I'm on android.
I was thinking surely their is some app or even built in function of iOS and Android that would fwd text messages to an e-mail, where a function could then parse out the recipient number and link to a lead/contact and then store the incoming and outgoing text message with the record in CRM.
Anyone have some way their able to make this seamless?
