I uploaded a MS Access database to Zoho Creator and will need to export records in a textual form: the database was created for managing a wide bibliography, fields are i.e. Author, Year, Title, Volume and so on, and my report should look like this:

Reilly, Rahtz, 1992 Paul Reilly, Sebastian Rahtz (eds), Archaeology and the information age. A global perspective, London, Routledge, 1992

I need to create many of them because every publication requires a different layout for bibliography... in Access it used to be a string query (??? I don't have Access anymore so can't control this)... where I specified the editing requirements and the added expressions like [, ] or [(eds.)]...

is Report the right tool?
