Texts don't wrap around in email

Texts don't wrap around in email

This was not a problem before.

Then the text box disappeared in the 'Send Mail' form. Then it came back in.

But this time the texts don't wrap around anymore.

It's not the browser -- I've tested both IE and Firefox, and both result in the same problem.
