Zoho CRM is consistently recognised as one of the highest-rated CRM applications by our users, and we've received several customer choice awards as a result. 

This year, PCMag surveyed their readers for their opinions on CRM software, according to which Zoho is the most recommended CRM and the only one with a positive NPS score among other leading CRM vendors.

This is a special moment for us, since Zoho has been a customer-first company from the very beginning. Instead of pushing flashy sales and marketing, Zoho has been a silent leader that invests heavily in research and development. We believe that the customer invests in Zoho so that we can serve them better, not to help us sell more.
