I ve enjoyed your free services for the past 3 months, I believe the product has great potential and you guys will do better in the future if you continue to work on optimizing the service.

However, yesterday I almost lost 2 clients and went through tremendous mental stress for not being able to send / receive emails from my business account. This is critical for a start up company and I can't afford the risk of going through something like this again.

I have moved all my services to Google Apps for work.
