The ability to create Role Departments | Assign a Manager | & Assign Tasks to a Manager of a Department

What about the idea of being able to create departments (perhaps this could be linked to the 'Profile' feature)
And then being able to assign a user as a Manager of a certain department.
And then being able to assign a task to a Manager of a certain department.

If that Manager changes, then we can just assign the new user as that Manager and all tasks associated with that Manager's role will also now be assigned to the new user.

If the Super Admin wants to remove the department or the manager then the system will prompt them about who they would like to reassign the associated tasks to.
