The app keeps crashing every time I try to login

The app keeps crashing every time I try to login

I've managed to login on my phone, but when I tried to login on my iPad, it literally crashes the moment I tap 'sign up' or 'sign in'. I've been using the app for a while now on my phone but I really need to sync it with my iPad. :(
