The data you have entered already exists - Domains adding problem

Hello, as for my online shop platform owener recommendet zoho mail i've register, get thought usual steps, but find myself blocked cause i coudnt confirm my domain with none of the 3 methods so ive contacted the platform and they asked for the cname data so then can do it for me. 
So i log back in zoho/mail, but i find no record of the domain added, looking for the verification page again, so i try to add it again and i got the following error " The data you have entered already exists"

the domain is vice-versa.ro
