As a check to be sure I'm selecting the correct contacts when preparing a marketing "Campaign" I am running a "Report" selecting the same criteria.

When I then compare the results, I find that some of the selections in "Reports" do not appear in "Campaigns" and vis versa.

 

Has anyone come across this problem and is there any straightforward answer why the same criteria produce different results?
