The Disappeared - email sent
I sent an e-mail to a contact. It was definitely sent (I bcc:ed a copy to myself, which went through). And it was definitely recorded in the 'Send Mail' area of the contact record (I checked before).
But now ... it's gone! No trace of it on the contact record. And it's not in the recycle bin either.
Was it something I did? Can someone suggest how I should send emails next time so something like this doesn't happen again?
