I have been a regular user of Zoho CRM, and there is one major issue that I am observing that I feel you need to fix on an urgent basis.
The document editor used in Zoho CRM that can help compose templated emails needs a lot of improvement. The following are some of the issues noticed repeatedly:
- Inconsistency in fonts, size of text
- Inconsistency in paragraph spacing (single spacing, double spacing, etc)
- Attaching images or rich text onto the body of the email.
I would really request you to consider fixing this issue immediately, as it will really make the usability of Zoho CRM improve by leaps and bounds.
