The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization.

Dear Sir/Madam

We originally were refer to use Zoho by Samuel Yip with a refer code.

We own the domain: toyapex.com.hk

But when we try to setup the email account: email@toyapex.com.hk 

It gives us the following error message:

"The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization."

This email account is the main email used by our business. It is critical and urgent that we need access to it.

How can we get this email address back?

Your assistance is very much appreciated.
