The emails are not loading

The emails are not loading

Hi, I have this problem in a specific account. This user can´t see the eimails in her inbox. When you click a mail the preview never ends to load.  Im sending a printscreen of the problem. I already tried to move to the newest version, errasing the cookies and history of the browser, even starting the sesion in another computer. It´s something in the specific account that produce the error. The account is julieta.dichenna@grupomultitech.com.ar
