the MX issue

I set up an account with zoho, connecting my name.com domain. It was working fine for a few days, but then stopped receiving emails and said that the MX have an issue, is not pointed. Checking on mxtoolbox.Com it says there are no records. I have set everything up as per zoho's instructions but still can't seem to fix it. Really hope I can soon, as I am expecting an important email by Monday. Thanks so much
