The RETR command did not succeed.

Can you help me with this error message on my account:

The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop.zoho.com responded: defenderWKS-SpamStamp: Build: [Engines: 2.15.6.911, Stamp: 3],

 

I am using pop acces, tried pop.zoho.com and poppro.zoho.com. It worked today in the morning.  If I download only headers it works?

Imap works normally?

 

Any ideas?
