The selected contacts cannot be deleted because they were imported from Zoho CRM.

The selected contacts cannot be deleted because they were imported from Zoho CRM.

I ran another import from CRM to Books and it duplicated many contacts once again. However, this time I cannot delete the ones that imported from CRM and they did not overwrite the originals, like they were supposed to. How can I resolve this?
