We're excited to bring to you information on the updates that went live this March to help you optimize your Social experience. Let's check out what they were and how they can help you.
Analyze your Mastodon performance
You can analyze how your posts have been performing on Mastodon in the Brand Health section and the Reports tab. You can use the available cards to track information related to the posts you've published, types of engagement received, a summary of your audience and total engagement, how your followers have been growing, the top-performing posts, and a lot more. Explore the statistics of your profile and improvise your strategy to reach a larger audience.
You can now integrate messages from your LinkedIn company page with Social and manage your messages directly from here. You can access your messages in the Messages and the Inbox tabs. The Messages tab will let you view and respond to direct messages, while the Inbox tab will let you assign messages to team members either manually or automatically by setting an assignment rule based on the channel or the type of interaction. You can respond to messages using Zia, Zoho Social's AI-powered writing assistant, to either form content or rephrase existing content. For instance, you can ask Zia to frame a response to a customer's query about the availability of brownies at your cafe.
Publish longer videos
You can now publish videos up to 10 minutes long to your X profile (if you've already subscribed to it on X) and up to 15 minutes to your Instagram Reels.
This month, some APIs for
X (formerly Twitter) and
Facebook were also deprecated (made obsolete) following announcements made by the respective networks. Support for these features has been discontinued from Social.
