The Support Plan feature doesn't decrease the credits for all the tickets coming from our customers
We started using the support plan feature with the "Ticket-based" plan type. Unfortunately, Desk does not decrease the credits from the "support plan" based contracts as stated in the
knowledgebase article.
I'm trying to understand what's going wrong with the credits. Could someone please point us to the right direction on how to solve this issue?
This customer has already used 4-5 tickets from their credit but the info tells us that they haven't used any of their ticket credit.
